And it was beyond my expectation to have your web in english, because many italian webstores only appear in italian version and usually they cannot send product to my country. You are not like them, you are different, I can say that you think globally. I'm quite pleased with this web. it helped me so much to find product I wanted. I only hope that your web gives more detail descriptions about the products because I saw some of them have a quite long descriptions but still many of them only in short. Buongiorno Sig. Stefano, la ringrazio per la cortese risposta; è degna della migliore prassi di “cura” del cliente e della serietà con cui gestite la vendita on line. Concordiamo sicuramente su un fatto: si è trattato di un errore di trascrizione dei dati e non certamente di un tentativo di speculare sulla quantità dei carboncini contenuta nella confezione. Per questa ragione non mi sento per nulla ingannata, né tantomeno truffata; sempre per questa ragione penso che la sua scelta di restituirmi, sotto forma di buono sconto, l’intero importo sia un tantino esagerata. Del resto i carboncini li ho ricevuti e sono di ottima qualità. Le dico fin da ora che non utilizzerò questa somma e le assicuro che non sarà certamente questo piccolo inconveniente ad impedirmi di fare altri acquisti presso di voi. Nel salutarla cordialmente vorrei cogliere l’occasione per farle i complimenti relativamente al vs sito e ai prodotti che proponete. Buon Natale a lei e al suo staff.

I am not that good on a computer and I guess the best I could say is I know just enough to be dangerous. I was surprised that I was able to figure out how to translate to English and pounds to dollars. I guess my comment would be, if I could do it, anyone should be able to do it. My husband passed away and my pastor and I had been hunting for something for the church in his memory and we needed a new chalice and plate so we keep looking on the internet for something special and we feel like your product was just what we were hunting for. I haven't received the shipment yet but I have been tracking it and I am well pleased with your service.

Hi, everything was great. Shipping times was good, you sent the items within two days and they arrived 4 days later. Less than a week to arrive which is good service. Items were packaged well and arrived undamaged. The products themselves were good as expected and looked like the ones in the pictures on your website. The only problem is shipping costs are quite high which makes it hard for you to compete against my other suppliers here in the UK. Having said that I am about to place another order quite soon regards
